A local home builder wanted to increase local and national organic traffic for specific keywords.

The Goal: More Organic Traffic

Eaglewood Homes has an interesting challenge – about half of the traffic to its website are people from the area looking to build or buy. The other half are from other places around the country looking to move to the Boise area.

Since no one from out of state knows Meridian, Nampa, etc, we decided to focus on increasing the rankings for “Boise” related keywords.


They already had a website that they liked, but they knew they needed a way to drive traffic to it… somehow.

The Strategy

The best double-edged sword  we know of is link-building, which can increase referral traffic by getting others to link to you, and organic traffic by increased exposure in search engines.

We went to work, using our advanced link-building system. We got a few different types of links for them, but guest posts on high authority sites is what started to move the needle. In addition to contextual links, we’ve reached out for link reclamation, resource links, and more.

Proven Results

Year over year organic traffic was consistently higher, usually 50-70% increase each month. We didn’t change much on the site itself, but due to the links we’ve built, they are now in a ranking position to capture A LOT more leads.
